I assume this is a installation on the local disk ?

Are there any Windows crash dumps ?

Is Windows alone (if you would not start AD) running ?

Did you try to downgrade the drivers again (it is fully supported to have infrstructure running at 2.2.6d) ?

Yes we are using the same driver version that you have mentioned.
