different between VMW-UC-FND and VMware vSphere 5 stand

Hi expert,

I have requirement to upgrade CUCM for my client to CUCM 8.6 and I will use two Cisco UCS C series totally four VM ware for CUCM divide on the two UCS , I’m little bit confuse regarding VMware licensing I need to quote cost effective licensing “not high rate”. What is confuse me is ? what is the different between VMW-UC-FND and VMware vSphere 5 standard licensing.

What is the different in terms of features and can i still order both from Cisco.
