EMC2 - PARTNER QUESTION - UCS

I am an EMC2 Customer Engineer and have taken the training / certification to service the UCS.  During the training presentation it appeared there was a tool to generate repair procedures by product.  I did download the "COMPASS" program, however the blade servers are not supported under that program.  Is there a similar service tool that can be downloaded to support the blade servers ?

Bruce, I am not aware of any tool like you are speaking off. I would ping TAC and ask. If I hear of anything in the field like what you are asking I will be sure to update this thread. Good Luck and update us here if you find that tool.

UCS is not part of the COMPASS program, nor are there any plans for it at this time.
