ESXI 6.5 E3 Patch update

Our current ESXI is 6.5 Update 3 | JUL 2 2019 | ISO Build 13932383.

We received the alarm from Kenna Security " VMware ESXi 6.5 Patch Release ESXi650-202110101-SG Missing  (VMSA-2022-0001,VMSA-2022-0004)"

Per Kenna alarm advise 

Solution: VMware has released patch for VMware ESXi 6.5 , visit VMware ESXi 6.5 , Patch Release ESXi650-202110101-SG
Refer to VMware advisory VMSA-2022-0001, VMSA-2022-0004 for more information.

Patch: Following are links for downloading patches to fix the vulnerabilities:

The question here , if we just apply this patch as above solution, it is ok for cisco custom image on the UCS chassis for  all the  Applications in the VMware ?

Thank you Steven, in this case, we can't use VMware advisory VMSA-2022-0001, VMSA-2022-0004 patch because no custom Cisco ISO for the ESXi ? We need download / Install the 6.7GA version Cisco Custom .iso. ?

Just want to confirm if we can use VMware advisory VMSA-2022-0001, VMSA-2022-0004 patch ? or we have to install  6.7GA version for patch ?

Sorry intended that link to describe the generic steps:

1] Use whatever/older version cisco custom .iso to install

2] Use whatever/newer version patch .zip file to update to latest greatest version.

For you since you have ESXi 6.5 installed, then skip Step 1.

Step 2; From the VMware pages there's a filename: ESXi650-202110001.zip

Use this file from vwmare.com to update your installation.
