Hi guys ,
I have two C-series server M210 model and I have in both last two hard drives is hot spare configure and later I saw the LED amber blinking in Hard drive failure status (Triangle sign).
What is it mean?
I found in some document said:
So this is not like a fault?
Thanks for all.

Greetings.
If you haven't replaced any drives, then it's possible maybe you had a drive timeout (certain seagate drives running 0002 firmware that need 0004), and then the hot spare kicks in, rebuilds,,, and eventually does copy back once original 'timeout' drive is detected as being ok.
This is just one hypothetical scenario, and would have to be confirmed from tech support logs.
If you have tech support contract still active on the server, I would open a TAC service request.
Thanks,
Kirk...

Thanks Kirk, but what if I didn't have tech support contact with Cisco, How is posible to solve this issue! e.g if I checked the logs.
Thanks again for your help

From your CIMC gui, look at the entries in your SEL log.
See if there are any entries that reference predictive failures, failures, rebuilding, copyback, etc.
Also look on the inventory, storage tab, and note the specific model of harddrives as well as their firmware level.
You'll generally want to run updated firmware, https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=283862069&softwareid=283850974&release=1.4(3y)&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
although the drive firmware had to be updated via the 1.5 HUU (cimc, bios doesn't apply to c210 servers, but can use for harddrive firmware)
https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=284296253&flowid=31742&softwareid=283850974&release=2.0(13f)&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest and choose one of the 1.57 versions.
It's possible the SEL log may be full as the C210 line of servers have been around for a while, and may not have recent entries if it filled up. You can clear the SEL log.
There are other logs besides the SEL that will have an history of hardware diagnostic info, but digging through those is outside what we can do in the context of the forums here, and you may need to consider getting a service contract renewed if server's role is important enough.
Thanks,
Kirk...
