In ESXi all my hosts are showing these errors. I checked all my paths to the lun are active. Nothing was changed on the service profiles, san or network.
any idea what to check on the fabroc interconnects?

I am on vsphere 5.1,
brocade Kernel: 2.6.14.2 Fabric OS: v6.4.1a
ucsm 2.1(1a) - 6248, B200M2, M3
