Short of removing the physical CPU I don't believe there's any other way to "disable" it. Removing the CPU will also render it's memory banks (usualyl 1/2 the DIMMs) inaccessible to the system.
What reason to have for requiring to disable it?

Robert

Dear Robert on behalf of YAARUB,
I have vSphere license for one processor and if two processors are installed then the
license won't be activated and the virtual host won't work.
thanks for your previous reply.

Then you have three options.
1) Use the eval license (if this is for test)
2) Buy more licenses
3) Remove one of the phsyical CPU's.
