I am trying to login to CIMC on an M3 that I have not had turned on in over 1 year. I can get to the login screen and my password is accepted, but the login hangs with the green and white bar rolling forever. I can access ssh interface, but cannot access the https interface. Any ideas?

I would try to clear your java cache, cookies, try different browser and/or java version.
If this does not work, you can try to reset (reboot) the CIMC via SSH.

Unfortunately my only option is firefox since i am logging into the lab UCS from another UCS in the lab, since my CIMC IP is private. I have Firefox on another UCS. I tried clearing the cache, upgrading to latest Java, rebooting CIMC and nothing seems to help. It seems to hang in the logging screen. I had an SSL issue earlier, which i fixed by following https://supportforums.cisco.com/t5/unified-computing-system/cimc-secure-connection-failed-in-firefox-27-0-1-works-in-ie-8-0/td-p/2440606
