HX 240c M5 wont power on

I have 8 HX 240c M5's that won't power on. Plug them in, wait 10 minutes, hit the power button and nothing happens.

I read that if they won't power on to plug them in to the FI UCS and power them on that way but how would it know it's there if it's powered off?

Do your servers have any LEDs that light up at all?

Were these completely configured at the factory, or did a reseller add additional equipment to them?

There are a lot of things to check, but having no power at all,, and not even getting any systemboard/bios code level beeps, makes me wonder if they have right power supplies, etc.

I would probably open a ticket with TAC.

Additionally do a sanity check by taking top lid off, and making sure nothing looks like it got bounced around in shipping, etc.

Hi,
Are you able to hear the Fans in the servers spinning. What is the LED status of the PSU? Can you check the PDU you are using the plug these servers in. Try moving the servers to a different Rack and see if the servers are working there.
