HX240C-M5L cluster support 9 nodes?

Does anyone know and able to confirm if HX240C-M5L with 12TB drivers (HX-HD12T7KL4KN 12TB 12G SAS 7.2K RPM LFF HDD (4K)) cluster running HXDP 4.5 & ESXi supports 9 nodes?

The guide statement that HX 3.5 cluster supports maximum 8 nodes.

And HX 4.5 cluster supports maximum 16 nodes.
