We testing Hyperflex solution with hyper-v for our customer.

HX software - 3.0(1d)
Firmware package - 3.2.3g
Our installation process failed on deployment step. Powershell deployment script created in ou=hyperflex in Active Directory duplicate records for failover cluster and storage cluster, example: HX-HPV-CLUSTER.uuid.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx. because of this process deployment failed. Please help, how fix this?as I understand it is due to the fact that all the nodes simultaneously make a request, but I do not know how to solve this problem.
