One course/training/certification I'd recommend is the Unified Computing Datacenter Design specialist.  Take a look here for more information:

Unified computing has deep roots in virtualisatoin, switching & storage which are all combined in this program.  There's alot more to selling UCS than knowing just UCS.  Having a firm understanding of both capabilities & design in these areas will instill confidence in your potential customers.
