Hello,
when I start the KVM launch manager and launch a KVM, he ask me for username and password (again?) and for an IP-address.
AFAIK this should not be neccessary, shouldn't it?
best regards
Manfred

Typically this happens when the KVM window you were launching takes longer than the 60 second window a authentication token provides. How long did it take from the time you clicked to launch the KVM in the UCSM GUI to login screen did it take? If it was greater than 60 seconds, the auth tokens provided to the KVM JNLP launcher would have expired.

Thank you for your answer.
actually it takes no longer than 1 second. before the login screen comes I get an error that the jnlp file could be a risk.
maybe a java issue? I'm using java 1.7.0_65.

I found the answer on another article. It is a java issue. You have to go back to a version prior to 7 u4.
