Hello,
On C480M5 - CIMC is setup and is accessible via shared LOM. Now I've this major warning and I want to get rid of it. Please advise. Thanks

With Shared LOM, you typically have 2 ports available. In the CIMC (F8) setup there is an option for redundancy. If it's set to redundant, then that might be triggering the link down message if you don't have both LOM ports with active connections.
You may want to check the CIMC/F8 network setup, and set to non redundant.
After that, do a CIMC reboot, and see if error clears.
