one of UCS blade( B460 M4) suddenly restarted and were showing "memory management" error, i check in detail for the ram but it doesnot show any error, what is the reson behind this error

Greetings.
Try running cmd prompt with admin permission:
c:\Windows\System32\sfc /scannow
After that you can trigger windows to run a boot time memory test by running the 'Windows Memory Diagnostic'
Also boot the UCS blade diag tool ISO at https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=283853163&softwareid=286123307&release=1.0(4a)&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest and let that run tests to see if any memory/hardware issues are detected.
