Nexus 5548 5596 to replace Cat 3750 and 4507R??

Has anyone here had any experience interoperating Nexus 5548 or 5596 with Catalyst 3750 or 4507R?

Any gotchas or issues, big or small?

We're looking into Nexus to replace these switches in the long run.

Nexus perfectly interoperates with other Cisco switches.

It's very common to use different patforms in the network (joining old and new network, migrating from one platform to another). Many companies uses Nexus.
