one of B200M4 Servers failed to discovery becuase of Waiting for BIOS post completion

i have 3 B200M4 installed in chassis with 6248UP FIs , 2 are ok with Service Profiles associated , one of them stucks at 59% in the process of BIOS Post Completion. my UCSM Version is 2.2(8c) , and Bios of all 3 servers are the same , 

any help would be appreciated

What is the BIOS version on the servers?

The last time I had this exact same issue it turned out to be a faulty memory module. So you’ll have to remove memory and test each modules to see if you can get to bout and complete the update

Its unlikely that you have a bad memory module on 3 servers.

Are you using v4 processors on the servers? If so, you must upgrade the BIOS to the minimum supported version.
