We have 1 Cisco UCS Chassis 5108, with (4) M5 blade servers. and working fine I recently added 1 more chassis identical in specifications, currently the second Chassis getting error in power issue like fan inoperable #5,6. as quick action I've tried replacing the FANs , PSUs, cables, reset setting etc. but the problem persists.
I've compare the settings with first chassis seems is not the same
I think the issue is with the settings in the Cisco UCS Manager. I've noticed that there are no individual settings for each chassis, only for groups of chassis. I suspect that I need to change the settings for the group of chassis, and then revert them back again. to be reflect I'm not sure this will work please correct me.
My question is, would there be any problems if I modify these settings and then revert them back again? I don't want to make any changes that could effect the first chassis or the servers.
