Purple screen

I am having an issue with a UCS C220 M3S running firmware 2.0 (1b) it crashed on Friday and caused a purple screen, so we have logged it with

VMware to assist me but I was wondering if you could advise how to read the Technical Support Data and if there is any known issues with this version and Esxi 5.5.0, 1892794.

Theses are the only errors I am getting in the System Event log:

cal Event sensor, PCI SERR Bus: 131, Device: 4, Function: 0  was asserted

System Software event: Critical Event sensor, PCI SERR Bus: 131, Device: 4, Function: 0  was asserted

Any assistance to point me in the right direction is good.

Greetings.

Did you happen to get a screen capture of the PSOD screen?

Did the PSOD make mention of an NMI type error?

What PCI-E cards does your system have installed? 

I've seen some similar errors in SEL logs in combination with NMI messages in PSOD for Broadcom 5709 cards, and issue was with the BNX2 driver needing to be updated.
