I'm currently following this guide: http://www.ciscosystems.sc/en/US/products/ps10281/products_configuration_example09186a0080ae0f24.shtml
to set up syslog for UCS but when I navigate to the node, I don't see the syslog option. Anyone know why? Thanks.

Do you have the filter set to All?

That is strange, what firmware are you on?

Thanks Jeremy.
Fabric Interconnect: 4.0(1a)N2(1.1e)
UCS Manager: 1.0(1e)
These firmware versions look old. I guess I should update them and check back.

Just so people know, as it turns out, if you're running an older version of UCSM, the syslog configuration is stored in the "Communication Services"
node. I just found it in there.
