Hi all,
Really struggling here to configure our disks/RAID on our server.
We ordered it with the lsi megaraid 9271-8i.
Reading through the documentation (http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/unified_computing/ucs/c/hw/C220/install/C220.pdf) it seems we should have the following done to use it:
SCU in bios disabled - Done.
Then to configure the RAID we want with the Disks we want (we have 8) you should get a prompt after post to Ctrl + M
I never see this prompt?
I've even gone through the entire post process spamming Ctrl + M without seeing any kind of raid configuration options.
Something that I'm doing wrong?
Appreciate any and all advice.

In your BIOS config ("Advanced" tab) in CIMC, confirm you have "Option ROM" enabled for the PCIe slot where the RAID controller is installed and disable all others, go to BIOS and confirm that the embedded RAID controller is disabled and then reboot the server.... Once you see the list of disk during POST, press Ctrl+H, Ctrl+M is for the embedded RAID controller. (The mezz form factor controller is Ctrl+C as explained here: http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/unified_computing/ucs/c/hw/C200M1/install/c200M1/RAID.html#pgfId-1014343)
HTH, let me know,
