Does this blade have a CIMC IP address ? and if yes, can you ping it ?

If above is the case

I would try to do a CIMC restart, KVM restart !

It does have IP, it is pingable and i have tried:

CIMC restart

KVM reatart

CMOS reset

Blade reseating and re-ack.

Please post UCS Version, BIOS, CIMC Version; which I/O adaptor and Version, of the server that fails, and one which is working ?

UCS version 2.2.3d. All firmware are the same bundle version. I/O: VIC 1240

Strange ! did you see any error message ? syslog ?

open a TAC case !

No errors in UCS Manager. In CIMC SEL log however there is an error that says no keyboard detected.

Please post the exact error message ! might really be a hardware issue ! you already did all the investigations ! don't waste more time and open a TAC case.

I've requested RMA already. Currently I am just digging on to it. Cannot post the error now. I will try later.

I am having this exact same issue with B200 M4 blades in a UCS Mini. 4 total blades, 3 are fine but 1 will not respond to keyboard inputs through KVM. The firmware is at 3.0(2d). The built-in macros in the KVM viewer for the function keys do not work as well. Please advise.
