UCS c200 M2 constant reboot problem

Hi,

I have a couple of M2 boxes which have been working fine so far for development.  Now, they constantly reboot themselves, and I have no idea how to resolve this issue.  It is rebooting shortly after startup...right before it displays the options to press F2 to configure, F6 to boot options, etc.  So I'm unable to select any options because it never gets there.

Any ideas how to resolve this?  Help is much appreciated!

Vinh,

I would suggest to first try to connect the KVM dongle directly to the front of the blade(s).  Sometimes that helps during the initial stages of configuration.

If that does not help, you can also try to remove and re-insert the CMOS battery for the blade(s).

Those 2 things are the most likely to get you up and running.  If not then I suggest contacting Cisco TAC at 1-800-553-2447.
