UCS C240 M5 Vmware 6.7U2 stuck at "Shutting down device drivers...

I am a new host  C240 M5S server recently update bios firmware to 4.0.4c and  install  Vmware 6.7U2 by using custom iso.

Esxi stuck at "Shutting down device drivers..." after shutdown or restart

Servers Hanging on this stage until I force restart.

Attach pics is my cimc bios setting and pci slot fimware.

Any devise ?

Try opening up the vKVM console for the ESXi host, and then hit <ALT>+ F12 to show the vmkernel log before issuing the shutdown command, and see if the vmkernel log shows multiple attempts to  save/close, etc.
