UCS E140S CIMC Release Notes

Does anybody know of a link to the release notes for CIMC 3.2.6 for the UCS E140S M2?

I can't find release notes anywhere and we're seeing weird lockups on 3.2.4 where I have to reboot the blade to get CIMC working again. I wanted to check and see if 3.2.6 had anything in it to address it.

Do only HTTPS connections fail to CIMC or does SSH and ping too?
