UCS-E140S Loses CIMC Connection

I have a number of UCS-140S deployed in our retail stores at various firmware revisions (1.0.2, 2.0.0, and 2.1.0). Attempting to update the firmware from the CIMC using either the individual BIOS/CIMC updates or booting into the HUU 2.1.1 causes me to lose my CIMC connection and then we have to reset the CIMC from within the router. The switch ports have been hardcoded to 100Mb Full as well as AUTO but it doesn't appear to make a difference. This is extremely frustrating and I'm not able to reliably update firmware in my retail store servers. Please let me know if you've seen this issue before and if there is a solution. Thanks in advance.

Note that I'm using IE9 to access the CIMC.

To clarify: The model is a UCS-E140S.
