can you disable any unused ports

Go to the Fabric Interconnect and then go to the "Physical Ports" tab, and disable any port that shows up as enabled but "SFP not present", those will consume a license.

Hey Amr,
This error is caused when a fabric interconnect has at least one port in the grace period. One or more ports on the FI are enabled after consuming all default licenses.
You can check the number of ports enabled, which would be the amount of licenses you are consuming.
You can also ssh to your fabric interconnect and run:
UCS# scope license
UCS#/license # show usage detail
Which will give you the total quantity of licenses, as well as the amount used.
If you have several ports enabled which are not actually being used, you can disable the ports to remove this alerts.
Regards,
Saurabh

Go port by port, and "unconfigure" any unused port !
