UCS-Fabric Interconnect CLI not login

Hello all,

i am not able to login FI with CLI & GUI using virtual and individual ip and also i can't able to ping FI virtual ip. the error while login via CLI is software error.

IF anyone have solution kindly provide.

Can you login to either FI through the (RS232 serial) console?

Sounds like a process on the FI isn't working. What model/PID FI? What version of software?
If it is a 6300, then it could be this Field Notice:

If you can't get a console connection, then rebooting one FI (by removing power cables for ) might recover that FI.
But without additional knowledge I even hesitate to say "reboot an FI" as that could make things worse.
