Hi,
In our UCS-managed environment we have such device types:
Fabric Interconnects UCS-FI-6248UP
UCSC-C220-M3S
UCSB-B200-M3
Current firmware version is 2.2.1(b).
- What latest firmware version can we use for upgrade each device type using UCS-Manager?
- Can we use latest farmware bundles to upgrade M3-servers?
( UCS Hardware and Software Compatibility Matrix shows that we can use 4.1(3) for C220M3 and 4.0(4) for B200M3. But for standalone server C220M3 latest firmware is 3.0(4s), so I’m very confused about that. )
Any help would be appreciated.

UCS M3 was supported on UCSM up until UCSM 4.2:
Deprecated Hardware and Software in Cisco UCS Manager Release 4.2
You should be able to use UCSM 4.1.
Are the UCS C-Series "integrated" by connecting to the UCS Fabric Interconnect and managed by UCSM?
From page:
https://software.cisco.com/download/home/283612660/type/283655658/release/4.1(3f)
You'll need the 4.1(3f) "A.bin" and "B.bin" and the "C.bin" (if your c-series are integrated).

Thought more about the M3 servers and the VIC or MLOM or IOM may have been deprecated before UCSM 4.1.
M81KR (N20-AC0002)
So may need some more investigation instead of jumping straight from that old version to much much newer firmware.
