What are the Port License requirements for connecting an S3260 to a pair of 6332-16's? Can I just use the Direct connect 40gb licenses or do I need Full FEX 40gb Port licenses?
Does not give a good answer I think.
Any help is appreciated.
Thank you,
Hunter

Greetings.
https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/products/collateral/servers-unified-computing/ucs-b-series-blade-servers/6332-specsheet.pdf lists your licensing options:
UCS-LIC-6300-40G 3rd Gen FI Per port License to connect B-series, FEX, or C-direct
UCS-LIC-6300-40GC 3rd Gen FI Per port License to connect C-direct only
UCS-LIC-6300-10G UCS 6300 Series ONLY Fabric Int 1PORT 10GE/FC-port license
UCS-LIC-6300-10GC UCS 6300 Series Fabric Int 1PORT 10GE/FC-port license-C-direct only
For 40Gb direct connect, UCS-LIC-6300-40GC 3rd Gen FI Per port License to connect C-direct only, is probably your most cost effective option. [EDIT, S3260 is considered a Chassis with multiple compute nodes and requires UCS-LIC-6300-40G 3rd Gen FI Per port License to connect B-series, FEX, or C-direct]

After doing some searching
3260 was designed as a chassis with dual-node similar to a B-Series and
(M-Series), and the licensing follows that (chassis/fex) model.
So you would actually need the UCS-LIC-6300-40G (3rd Gen FI Per port License to connect B-series, FEX, or C-direct)
