UCS uplink BoM validation

Hi all, I need some advice on my the HW and licenses required for uplinking the UCS6454 at 100gb to the Nexus 7K series.

I actually have two sites, so one site is using the 7710 series and the other is the 7004 series, can you advise me if i'm on the right track here the termination of the UCS QSFP is unfamiliar to me.  The design at a high level is 2 x 7710 Nexus connected redundantly to the UCS FI 6454's at 100gb BoM :-
