UCS Vmware oem license and vCenter

Dear community,

How to understand which features in a UCS-OEM given Major/Minor release of VMware vSphere ESXi are LICENSED?
(while is clear which ones are supported by each UC product )

We would like to join the an old UCS C460m2 to our LAB vCenter, is the embedd VMware license sufficient to use vmotion and basic features without using one of the vsphere licenses?

That is probably considered vsphere standard.
