UCSM & AD

Hi All,

We had AD/ldap authentication working without issues & had 3 DC's listed in the ldap providers. we removed one of those DC's from our domain & then removed it as an ldap provider & now we cannot login using our AD account? i have tried removing all the ldap config settings in UCSM & re-adding & still will not let us login.

As we have two UCS sites, i logged into the 2nd UCS with my AD account & it worked fine, i then removed one of the ldap providers from that UCSM & i ran into the same issue where i can no longer login with my AD account. That site also had 3 ldap providers listed & i removed the 1st one. re-adding the removed ldap provider did not help as i still cannot login.

do i need to change this in CLI?

Any ideas/suggestions?

forgot to add that we are running firmware 1.4.3i

Update on the above.

this is now resolved as i made the mistake the "sAMAccountName=$userid" value in the wrong field when setting up the ldap providers.
