Hi everyone,
I need to upgrade the ESXi hosts running on two UCS C220 M4S servers. These server are BE so they came with the ESXi 5.5 pre installed.
I'll be upgrading the CIMC first, from version 2.0(8d) to version 4.1(1c). Then I need to upgrade the ESXi from version 5.5 and to 6.5 and then from version 6.5 to 6.7.
The thing is that I'm not quite sure about how to handle the licensing after the upgrade, upon reading I found that this is to be handled through VMware, but this is a business edition, and other documentation states that nothing else is to be done regarding the licenses.

You may need to open a licensing case for this.
Here are some older notes I had in regards to similar process/request:
1. Go to Product Upgrade Tool - http://upgrad.cloudapps.cisco.com/upgrad/jsp/index.jsp
2. Use your Contract number
3. Select "Advanced" option for searching
4. Locate the product – depending if you have vSphere Standard, Foundation, etc. for the desired version.
5. Choose quantity
6. Complete the order process
