W2K8 R2 // B200 M3

I am having B200 M3 blades of 40 nos, I am installing W2K8 R2 from iso but it is taking 4 hrs to install on local HDD of RAID 1. I tried from diff iso and from server to server (blade to blade of 10g) that too also taking the same time. Please suggest what is causing to take that much of time for installation.

Are you installing the OS via KVM vmedia ? Is the image source in local subnet to UCSM ?

Do you have PXE or other automated install setup in your environment ?

We tried from Physical DVD-CD ROM and tried from new W2K8 R2 CD as well but the time taken is 4 Hrs.
