Greetings.
The CIMC, monitors basic health of the server including the components you mentioned.
The IP address of the CIMC is configured via F8 during post time, and provides a web interface as well as a SSH/CLI method to login and view health/faults.
There is also a diagnostic ISO that can be mounted via vKVM and run, https://software.cisco.com/download/release.html?mdfid=284296253&softwareid=286123307&release=5.0(3b)&relind=AVAILABLE&rellifecycle=&reltype=latest
If you are troubleshooting unexpected reboots, check the SEL log via the CIMC to see if there are any indications of hardware issues.
You may need to look at OS logs as well to determine unexpected reboot causes.
If you don't see anything obvious, they you may want to open a TAC case for assistance.
Thanks,
Kirk...

Greetings.
As previously mentioned, please download the diagnostics ISO, mount it via the vKVM (virtual media).
This assumes you have configured the CIMC, and it is reachable.
For raid or disk health, you'll want to check the 'storage' tab in the CIMC.
Of particular interest are the physical drive tab, virtual drive tab, and BBU.
If you are using the onboard/embedded controller, then the CIMC does not monitor that controller, or disks connected to it.
Thanks,

If the equipment is out of warranty coverage, then you would need to contact contract renewals/sales at https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/services/ordering/cscc.html and see if you, or end customer can put the units back under support contract.
Thanks,
Kirk...
