Standalone Video Demos provide much a better engagement model with customer/opportunity prospects, than YouTube videos, which have their own audio track. For this style of demo, you want to be able to pause the video, and encourage Q&A discussions throughout.

My preferred video playback software is VLC (http://www.videolan.org/). I recommend downloading the video, and then getting familiar with the VLC playback hotkeys, such as <space> for pause, as well as '[' and ']' for slowdown and speedup, respectively.
