UCS Emulator - Connect to ESX host

Hi,

I am using the UCS Emulator v1.3 and I cannot find a way to connect to the ESX host that comes pre-installed with it. Also the v1.4 Emulator is stuck on "Starting Cisco UCSPE & UCS Manager: 203%" and increasing...

Any help would be appreciated

hello:

I have the ucs v2 book.

I did install the simulator. I already have a copy of vm workstation 5 running

I can

-start vm workstation 5

-open the ucs sim vm file both V1.1 and V2.0

-power on the ucs sim

-open the web page for the ucs gui

When I try to log in (not kvm) it tries, but I get a consistent java issue

both version start the jave app, but they are both hung in "downloading applicaation" see the attached screen shot of both version running

I have latest jdk version 6 rel 29

My cisco ccp needs jdk also and it works fine. Google search found others with issues but no useful soln

Any ideas? The machine is running win 7 with 4 gb ram. I have both ff and ie browsers
