XenServer with Cisco UCS FI setup

I have been asked to look at our current XenServer setup on our Cisco environment. The issue is that everytime I do a firmware upgrade to the FI's it breaks XenServer. We noticed that our bonds in XenServer are set to Active/Active. If you read the doc for XenServer that is only allowed on stackable switches which the FI's really aren't. I wanted to get input from anybody that might host XenServer how they have setup their network bonds. We only have two networks for the XenServer environment. One called Management and one for VDI. I am thinking the Management should be Active/Passive but could we use one of the LACP options for the VDI? I have a ticket open with Cisco since Citrix wasn't much help but I wanted to get input from people in the field.
