I have a Cisco IP 8851 that is not Ringing. Even when you hit volume up or down to set ring volume you do not hear a audible ring like on other phones. All CUCM 11.5 settings look right such as “device ring”. Any ideas?
SOLVEDI found out that if you click the "Call Settings" icon at the bottom of the Jabber Contact screen and change it to any thing other than "Use my Computer" It will display the Forward message.
SOLVED Turns out the Volume button was broken. When I replaced the phone it worked fine and I brought broken phone back, re-registered and I had the same problem.
