After Changing the MOS threshold into 4.5 and configure the spanport of the Switch port where Sensor is connected,and by doing End to end test from Synthetic Phone tho Real Phone to see if the sensor is working, the result is I don't see any report...

Hi,I have noticed that the logs at CDR in CallDetailRecord was not real time. In conncetion with this Id like to ask a configurtion on how to become this real time. thanks
