Did you check that template setting used for this camera. Make sure that you have not enabled the "Record on motion" setting on template, which in turn ask you to enable the "motion window on cameras". Use continuous type recordings for camera.

This issue mainly occur due to older firmware running on device. You need to upgrade the camera firmware to latest version (2.10). Please get it upgraded and test setting the motion window.
