I think your issue is that AS1 and AS2 on the same router will need you to specify an EIGRP router-id to be unique from an interface in it's corresponding AS. The outputs shown in the original post show that the same router-id is used.

Look at the logs, you need to figure if it is passing traffic, then the problem lies elsewhere, like your ISP but I doubt that. Get your syslog server working or debug it on the PIX.
