 how to disable all dial buttons in phone cisco model 7945 from CUCM 6.1
we have CUCM 6.1 and i need how to Prevent some extension from call any extension only if case the pick up handset go to operator
Dears,I have call manager v 6.1 and the customer need change after 3 ring forward to mobile  . and i try the "No Answer Ring Duration (seconds)" not respons only after 5 ring go to mobile
