so the one where i had this problem was on 17.7(2r) and OS 17.06.05 . i had to go and do it as a bundle mode due to time contraints. i do have a few upnext that are on similar [firmware 17.7(2r) and OS 17.06.05 ] and [firmware16.9(1r) and OS16.06.0...
