Quick update: testing window postponed til Monday, however we're getting TAC on the case with the help of our account management team to push it through and actually get some traction. I'll continue to update this thread through to resolution in case...

Yes we've got a good few thousand remote destinations in ours! I'll liaise with our operational team and see if I can get authorisation to make the query with <name>%</name> - thank you for the suggestion, will report back ASAP.
