Hello, Are you for certain about that? It is on the list of device that can use the EWC. I have a screen shot of the 9800-WLC readme.txt. It has the 9105 model on there which is ap1g8 file as shown below in the screenshot.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I have seen this document before. But I am stuck on the what "key" to use or what command to use to generate this "key" in step 2. It keeps giving me an error when I type in those exact commands.
