Recently we set up IP Communicator softphones on laptops connected VPN. Conversation starts good then goes to one way call audio and then drops the call. Any comments on QOS or suggestions?
I am ordering a handful of Cisco 4331 routers, should I order with pre-installed SRST Licenses or how hard is it to install the SRST license after the fact?

Thank you for the reply, still not sure. I am ordering 20 routers, two require 11 SRST licenses, another requires 10, other 6 and so on. Should I order on a each basis pre-loaded or a total of 100 SRST licenses and apply as needed.
