Meeeting Recording notification

Did Cisco remove the option to send notification emails to host when the meeting recording is ready in Control Hub?We had an instructor ask about this recently and I do not see that as an option any more under the site settings. 

Disclaimers for recording a webex meeting

Is there a disclaimer function that can be enabled where attendees can consent to stay in or leave a recorded session? I see there is a disclaimer option for a recording in Control Hub but it states this is for a viewing or downloading a recording.
