Did Cisco remove the option to send notification emails to host when the meeting recording is ready in Control Hub?

We had an instructor ask about this recently and I do not see that as an option any more under the site settings.

This is a setting in Control Hub after you've selected your site from the Meetings menu go to Webex Meetings>Site Options. The CH admin has to enable it for everyone on the site.
